What have I been up to?

Hit some holiday parties, wrapped up and sent Better Off Dead: Crime Fiction Inspired by the Music of Elton John and Bernie Taupin to the publisher (two volumes, out later this year), launched a submission call for a new crime anthology for Down & Out Books, inspired by Broadway show tunes (out in 2026). Had some eye surgery but I’m better now. (If you follow me on social media, you saw the pics.)

In February, Vacations Can Be Murder: A True Crime Lover’s Travel Guide to New England debuts. If you love true crime, you won’t want to miss it because it will take you as close to where the crime happened as you can get while still breathing. Preorder links should be available soon.
